New York Style Cheesecake
Learn how to make a New York Style Cheesecake that everyone will enjoy!
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine(melted)
Filling:
- 4 packages(8oz each) cream cheese(softened)
- 1cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla pure extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
Directions:
Crust:
- Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter.
- Press onto the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes
Filling:
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract.
- Stir sour cream into the mixture.
- Beat 1 egg into the mixture. Repeat for remaining eggs. (All eggs are to be added separately)
- Pour mixture over crust.
Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 1 hour 5 minutes. After the cheesecake is removed from the oven let it cool on stove-top/counter. Once the cheesecake has cooled refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
