In my English class, we all groaned as we were told we had to do a demonstrative speech unit. Most were upset at the thought of having to speak in front of the class. I was upset about having to hear countless recipes. So when I heard this Nutella mug cake recipe, I scribbled down the ingredients as if I were writing down a secret to success. Here’s the recipe I was presented on this blessed day:

4 tablespoons of flour

4 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons coco powder

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons Nutella, although I’ll admit I doubled it

1 egg

Mix it up really good

3-5 minutes in the microwave, let it cool, it’s better that way

And now you own a little heaven on Earth
