Ingredients:-
1 cup plain flour…
2 eggs…
4 tbsp sugar…
1 tbsp butter…
1/2 tsp baking powder…
2 tbsp oil….
Method:-
In a bowl ,add 2 beaten eggs , 1 cup plain flour , 1/2 tsp baking powder and 4 tbsp sugar and mix together to form a paste. grease a pan with 2 tbsp oil . pour mixture in cake mould and fry from both sides. pan cake is ready now…
