Pineapple & Cherry Cake Made Easy

Pineapple/Cherry “Dump Cake”
Your friends and family will be begging for more.

You will score big points in the dessert department!
Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup {20 oz.}
- 1 can cherry pie filling {21 oz.}
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped nuts {I like pecans best!}
- 1 stick butter or margarine {chilled}
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease 9″x13″ baking pan.
- Spreadpineapple with syrup in pan evenly. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over pineapple.
- Sprinkle DRY cake mix evenly over the fruit. Sprinkle chopped nuts over all.
- Slicebutter or margarine into THIN slices, put pieces all over top evenly.
- Bake approx. 50 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whip cream, it’s delicious by itself as well!
- Can be made with other combinations, but this is my all time favorite.
