Pineapple Sponge Cake

Every one loves cake here is a simple recipe you will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of ready sponge mix
  • 1 Egg
  • Water
  • Whipping cream 1 pot
  • 6-7 Strawberries
  • 1Tin of pineapple Slices
  • 1 Choclate Flake
  • 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder

Method

Line and grease a cake tin with greaseproof paper prepare the sponge mix, once this has been done add the 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. This will make it rise better once the cake has been cooked let it cool down the carefully slice it in half. Whip the cream drain the pineapple slices lay on a double sheet of kitchen paper to dry. Now spread the whipped cream over the the bottom of the sponge,cut pineapple slices into half and lay on top now lay the other sponge on top again spread with cream and decorate with strawberries,and choclate flake.
