Plum Cake

How to make delicious plum cake.

For the dough: Ingredinets

  • 100 g. sugar
  • 200 g. butter
  • 300 g. flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 10 g. sugar to the vanilla
  • grated lemon rind
  • 10 g. baking powder

Other Ingredients

80 g. walnuts, 1 kg. plum without pit, 120 g. almond, cinnamon powder, 80 g. granulated sugar.

Method

Knead the ingredients for the dough with 2 tablespoons water, then spread the dough until it reaches a thickness of 4 mm, and bake half. When the dough begins to rise and the surface to brown, remove from oven, pour over nuts and ground cover all items with plums in half, placed with the whole down and very together. Scalding almonds, peeled and cut into thin pieces and spread over the plums. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, put in oven at 140 degrees for about 20 minutes. Also the other day, even cold, is delicious.
