Poppy cakes.

Ingredients

    * Cottage cheese, sweet cheese curds, 6 units
    * Eggs, eggs, egg yolk, 4 units
    * Soda, 0.5 tsp
    * Margarine, 400 g
    * Wheat flour, 4 Glass

Cooking:

Creams will need: 4 egg whites 2 cup sugar, poppy seeds, cinnamon.

Curd cheese with the egg yolks to delete, add margarine, flour, soda and knead the dough. Keeping the refrigerator 2 hours. Beat whites with the sugar well and the weight of soiled sheets of dough. Of this quantity of dough to enjoy the 3-4 sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon and poppy seeds. The plates are twisted, cut into 2 cm thick slices and fried in medium heat oven.
