Pudding Cake
Pudding cake is easier than pie to make and it’s exceptionally good considering it’s made from a boxed mix. Fresh fruit for decoration is a good idea or candy sprinkles, raisins, chocolate morsels or whatever you have on hand. It’s so easy you can make it often. You don’t have to tell anyone how easy it is. Just wipe the sweat off your forehead and pretend you have been hard at work, slaving away for your family. We girls have to keep our secrets.
