Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 bowl   all purpose flour or plain flour

1 bowl   powdered sugar

1 bowl refined oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

½   teaspoon baking soda

2-3 drops of vanilla essence

2-3 tea spoon cocoa powder   (optional)

Recipe:

Beat sugar and eggs to froth. Add refined oil flour and all the ingredients.mix ingredients. Now beat the mixture thoroughly for 20-30 minutes ensuring that you beat the mixture towards one side only. Put a layer of sand into cooker. Now put the cooker on flame. Take an utensil you want to use as cake mould. Grease it by applying oil on all the inner side of it. Pour the mixture into it add dry fruits if desired. Place the mixture in the cooker cover with the lid but don’t put whistle on it. Cook the cake for about forty minutes on low flame. Insert a needle into the cake if it comes out clean than cake is cooked, if it’s sticky wait for few more minutes. Cake is ready. Okay now stop and let it cool down for few minutes before enjoying it.
