Ridiculously Easy Pumpkin Muffins

You really won’t believe the simplicity, but they are good!

The TWO ingredients are:

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin pie mix (if you are unable to find a small can of pumpkin pie mix, you may have to used 2 cake mixes and one large can of pumpkin pie mix) 
  • OR

  • You may also You may also use spice cake mix and plain pumpkin for a slightly different flavor.
  • In a large bowl, mix these two ingredients together.  Pour into greased muffin tins or use paper baking cups.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    These stay moist for days (however long they last).  They have a different texture than other muffins, but they are addicting, nonetheless.  Enjoy the taste and the aroma that will permeate your kitchen!

      I was just telling my son today that I need to find a good recipe for pumpkin muffins and now I find yours. Thanks for sharing it. I’ll definitely be giving this a try.
