Salmon Cakes

This is a guide on how to make Salmon Cakes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can of Pillar Rock 100% Natural Pink Salmon or any kind of can salmon
  • 1 tsp of Ketchup (or as much as you like)
  • Hand-Crushed oyster crackers (enough to make a cake)

Method:

  1. Mix the Salmon, Ketchup, and Hand-Crushed oyster crackers in a small bowl.
  2. Form a Pattie with your hands or Form a Loaf and put the loaf in the oven at 325′ or 350′ till heated throught.
  3. Put the Pattie in a pan with a small amount of oil for loaf grease the loaf pan.
  4. Fry until Brown or Cooked through.
