I appreciate those who take the time to cook well. This looks to be a really good receipe. I would like to know the content other than the calories. We are on a cholestrol watch as well as other ingredients. Another helpful article, would be about the grams, etc. being transferred into dry and liquid measurments; as in tsp, Tbl, cup, etc. I admit I am ignorant of measurments. I was taught to cook without measuring most of the ingredients. As many writer’s and cooks as are on Triond, maybe we could do a cookbook???
