Strawberry Cake

1 package white cake mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 (3 oz.) package strawberry jello

1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries, thawed

Put thawed strawberries through the blender and measure 10 ounces for cake and 4 ounces for frosting.Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour three 8-inch layer pans. Thoroughly mix together all ingredients on medium speed for about 3-5 minutes. Pour batter into cake pans and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from pans and cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 pound powdered sugar

1 cube margarine

4 ounces strawberries

Cream sugar and margarine. Add enough strawberries for spreading consistency. Frosts cooled three 8-inch layer cake.
