Triple Layer Mud Pie
This pie is easy to make and it is delicious. The kids will love it and the adults, too. It serves 10 and is ready to eat in three hours.

Ingredients
- 3 squares semi sweet chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 cups milk
- 2 pks.(3.9 oz each)chocolate instant pudding
- 1 tub(8oz.)cool whip topping, thawed, divided

Method
Mix chocolate and condensed milk. Pour into crust, sprinkle with pecans.
Beat milk and pudding mixes with whisk 2 minutes. Spoon 1 1/2 cups over pecans. Stir half the cool whip into the remaining pudding. Spread over pudding in crust. Top with remaining cool whip.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Makes 10 servings

You can use any brand of ingredients for this pie. They all make a delicious pie. If you are counting calories you might want to use the sugarless.

Thanks to all you good people. I know this pie will play havac with our waist line but once in awhile you just gotta have something sweet and chocolate. We can hop right back on our good healthy diet tomorrow. This pie is too good to miss.
