Yum Cake
It’s a dessert recipe based on some things I put together from the pantry. You’ll have a fun time eating this one.
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 slices cake, about ½” thick
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen fruit
- whipped cream
- mint sprig, as garnish
- powdered sugar, as garnish
Method
- On two chilled dessert plates, place a slice of cake on each plate.
- Top with fruit, preferably in season.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with mint sprig on the side.
- Garnish with powdered sugar to dust over cake.
