Chocolate Drops

A very easy & tasty candy recipe–I am always asked for the recipe.

1 six oz. pkg of either white chocolate, chocolate, peanut butter or butterscotch morsels

1 cup of dry roasted nuts or other nuts if you prefer

1 can of shoestring potato sticks, broken into pieces

Melt the morsels in the microwave for about a minute–stir the morsels after a minute to

continue the melting–add the nuts & potato sticks to this & stir them all together–drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper & let cool–may want to put this in the refrigerator to speed up the cooling process–they are ready to eat when hardened–can sit out if your house is not too warm or they may be kept in the refrigerator till serving
