Chocolate Fusion Fondue

Chocolate Fusion Fondue is the delicious and tasty recipe with Biscotti pieces, Cognac and Unsweetened chocolates in it.

Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Serves: 4 – 6

Ingredients:

Biscotti pieces

Cognac – 1 ½ tablespoons

Sour cream – 2 tablespoons

Chili powder – ½ teaspoon

Cinnamon -1 teaspoon

Five spice powder – 1 teaspoon

Whipping cream – 1 cup

Semisweet chocolate – 250gms

Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Unsweetened chocolates – 150gms

Method of Preparation:

1. Chop the chocolates coarsely.

2. Melt the chocolates together with sugar and whipping cream in a metal pan over a saucepan with boiling water. Make sure that the bottom of your bowl doesn’t touch the water. 

3. Reduce the heat to low and stir the chocolates constantly to melt them.

4. Ina fondue put, pour in the mixture and add in the five-spice powder, chili powder, cinnamon, and the Cognac under low heat.

5. Just before you will serve the fondue, add in the sour cream

How to serve: Serve immediately.

    Excellent recipe. I would have my mom leave out the chili powder because we both get indigestion very easily.
