Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

These chocolate shortbread cookies are so light and delicious, so make a bunch, because they go fast.
Chocolate Shortbread Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 cup butter
-1 cup brown sugar
-2 cups flour
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-2 tbsp instant coffee
-1 package chocolate chips
Directions:
Cream butter until light, add in the brown sugar and cream well. Add the flour and salt and mix this thoroughly. Add the baking powder, instant coffee and chocolate chips and then mix together. In a 10 by 15 inch pan bake at 325 F for 25 minutes. Slice into squares once it is cool. Enjoy!
