Chocolate Swiss Roll
This recipe is for making chocolate swiss roll in the cheapest way.
Ingredients
(for cake)
- ¾ cup flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 table spoon butter
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
Ingredients for filling:
- 2 tablespoon Margarine
- 8 tablespoon icing Sugar
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Method
- Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, pinch of salt
- In hot milk, add butter.
- Separate egg yolks from the liquid
- Beat eggs liquid till it thickens
- Beat eggs yolk, add caster sugar, flour, vanilla essence while mixing
- Then add beaten eggs-liquid(mix with hand)
- To step-7, add milk mixture.
- Bake for 8 min on combi-3
- Remove cake fro, pan when hot & put on wet muslin cloth & roll it.
- Beat 2 table spoon butter, icing sugar & cocoa powder
- Open roll after cooling. Add chocolate filling & roll it again.
- Keep as it is for about 2 hrs.
- Finally, cut it in ring and enjoy eating!!!

Hi, hm what does combi-3 mean ?
is it 350 F or what?
i really would like to try this recipe (:
