Apricot Coconut Balls

Apricot and coconut rolled into one for appetizers.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. dried apricots
- 1 can condensed milk
- 3 cans moist coconut
- powdered sugar
Method
- Run the apricots through a food processor
- Add coconut and condensed milk
- Form into balls then refrigerate overnight
- Roll in powdered sugar
*Will last indefinitely if stored in an air tight container
