Apricot Coconut Balls

Apricot and coconut rolled into one for appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs.  dried apricots
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 cans moist coconut
  • powdered sugar

Method

  1. Run the apricots through a food processor
  2. Add coconut and condensed milk
  3. Form into balls then refrigerate overnight
  4. Roll in powdered sugar

*Will last indefinitely if stored in an air tight container
