Butter Cookies

BUTTER COOKIES
- Preparation time: 5mins
- Cooking time: 20mins
- To serve 4
Ingredients:
- Nestle Milkmaid – ½ tin
- Maida – 250gm
- Butter – 150 gm
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 160c
- Beat together milkmaid and butter
- Sift together Maida and baking powder. Add to milkmaid mixer and make a soft dough
- Roll the dough to 1/8 “ thickness
- Cut in to desired shapes and sizes. Place on a greased baking try.
- Prick with a fork. Bake at 160c for 15-20mins a pre heated oven
- Cool and store in a air tight jar.
