Butter Cookies

Its our snack time… enjoy!

BUTTER COOKIES

  • Preparation time: 5mins
  • Cooking time: 20mins
  • To serve 4

Ingredients:

  1. Nestle Milkmaid – ½ tin
  2. Maida – 250gm
  3. Butter – 150 gm
  4. Baking powder – ½ tsp

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 160c
  2. Beat together milkmaid and butter
  3. Sift together Maida and baking powder.  Add to milkmaid mixer and make a soft dough
  4. Roll the dough to 1/8 “ thickness
  5. Cut in to desired shapes and sizes.  Place on a greased baking try.
  6. Prick with a fork.  Bake at 160c for 15-20mins a pre heated oven
  7. Cool and store in a air tight jar.
