Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
A recipe for chocolate chip cupcakes.
Want a delicious desert, then chocolate chip cupcakes are just the right one for you. These chocolate chip cupcakes are delicious and you can freeze some for later too.

Ingredients
- 5 oz (150g) Butter-softened
- 5 oz (150g) Superfine (Castor) sugar
- 6 oz (175g) self-raising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tps vanilla extract
- 2oz (50g) chocolate chips
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 350of (180oc)
- Line a 12 cup cake pan, with cup cake papers.
- Crack the eggs in a cup and start beating them lightly with a fork.
- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixture for 2 minutes, until it runs light and creamy.
- Divide the mixture between the cake cases.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix through.
- Bake for 20 minutes until risen and firm to touch.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
- Allow it to cool fully before icing.
