Chocolate Chip Delight

These chocolate chip cookies are easy and fun to make and delicous when served warm.

  • 1/3 cup  margarine
  • 1/4 cup  sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pourable Sugar Twin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray 3 medium-sized cookie sheets with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine margarine, sour cream, and egg. Stir in Sugar Twin and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour and baking soda. Mix lightly to combine. Fold in chocolate chips lightly.
  4. Evenly distribute batter with a teaspoon to form 36 cookies. Lightly flatten cookies with the bottom of a spoon sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Don’t over bake or cookies will be to hard.
  6. Remove cookies from sheets and place on wire racks to cool.
