Christmas Magic Bars

A very easy to do cookie/bar recipe. Follow these easy steps to make a fabulous cookie/bar any time of year.

Christmas Magic Bars as my mom calls them.  This cookie is a no-brainer.

Start with a 9X12 pan

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 box of graham cracker crust and 1/2 stick of melted butter.  Mix well until blended and pour onto the bottom of the pan.  Press down with your fingers to make a nice firm crust.

Pour a small bag (10-12oz) of semi-sweet chocolate chips onto crust

Pour a small bag (10-12oz) of butterscotch chips onto crust

Pour a small bag (10-12oz) of sweetened flaked coconut onto crust

Drizzle on a small can (14oz) of sweetened condensed milk over the top of it all

Bake covered at 350 for approx 30 minutes or until all chocolate pieces are mostly melted.  The last 5-8 minutes or so, uncover to get a nice golden brown gooey crust on top.

Let it cool for about 20 minutes, then cut into bars.

You can also add walnuts to this (before the sweetened condensed milk) which is rather good.

YUMMY..  Enjoy!
