Cornstarch Cookies

Very good recipe and easy to do …

Ingredients:

• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour 000 (common)
• 1 1 / 2 corn starch (cornstarch)
• 100 g of butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• vanilla extract
• 1 cup sugar

Procedure:
Mix sugar with the egg, add the butter, gradually mix the flour and then add the cornstarch together with baking powder and essence. Knead, let stand in refrigerator about 20 minutes left with a mass brittle.
