Creamy Toffee Rice-Crispie Squares

Ingredients
- 6 cups of rice crispy cereals
- 1 large bag of original toffees
- 1 bag of mini marshmallows
- 1 small bag of chocolate chunks
- Small knob of butter
- Dash of milk
Instructions
- Line a large square baking tray with grease proof paper.
- Empty toffees into a large saucepan- making sure to remove all packaging first!
- Add knob of butter and melt over a medium heat until all toffees are melted. Stir in milk to thin the mixture.
- Pour rice krispies into a large mixing bowl. Add marshmallows.
- Stir in toffee mixture until all rice krispies are fully coated.
- Spoon into baking tray and pat surface down with the back of a metal spoon.
- Sprinkle chocolate chunks over the top of mixture and place into a refrigerator for up to two hours.
- To serve, use a sharp knife to cut through rice crispie cakes into twelve squares. Enjoy!
