Delicious Recepie for Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies

A great, simple way to make Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies; an Eggless recepie.

How to make delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies… and if you are allergic to eggs then this perfect for some family baking time!

Ingredients:

125 g castor/powdered sugar
150 g flour
125 g butter
1/4 cup milk + 1 tsp sugar
125 g chocolate chips
100 g melted chocolate for decoration

Method:

Firstly, whip the butter and sugar together until it becomes light and fluffy.

Next, stir in the milk into the mixture, followed by the flour and then add chocolate chips.

Place the mixture in spoonfuls on a lightly oiled sheet (shape them if you desire), and Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for around ten to twenty minutes or until golden in color.

Lastly, place the cookies on a cooling tray.
