Homemade Vanilla Wafers
Much tastier than store bought.

Ingredients
- 2/3 c. butter, softened (do not substitute with margarine)
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. whole milk
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla and milk; mixing well. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into the batter and mix thoroughly. Drop batter onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown.

I guess the pic is vanilla beans. You could have the pic of wafers itself. By the way, the recipe sounds like that of standard cookies. How does wafer differ from this? That’s why i was keen on the picture.
