This article teaches how to make your own fishballs at home. You can use fishballs in many dishes. Fishball is also a good substitute for any recipe that calls for meat.
How To Make Fish Balls
If you want to know and learn how to make your own fish balls, try the recipe below. Homemade fishballs do not contain msg (monosodium glutamate) and are much healthier than the ones bought in supermarkets.
Ingredients for the Fish Balls:
2 lbs fish meat
1 T salt
5 T all purpose flour
1 T baking powder
¾ cup water
Method to Make The Fish Balls:
- Chop the fish meat very finely.
- Add the salt.
- Add the all purpose flour.
- Mix well.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Soak the fish balls in cold water.
- Cook the fish balls in boiling water until they float.
- Drain.
- Fry the fish balls in hot oil.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy!
