How to Make Frozen S’Mores

This document is a recipe describing how to make frozen s’mores.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 graham cracker
  • 8 regular size marshmallows (not the mini size)
  • Knife
  • Microvave
  • Microwave safe container
  • Cutting board

Method

  1. Put the chocolate chips in the microwave safe container and microwave on high for about a minute (more than 1.5 minutes starts to char them)
  2. Cut the marshmallows evenly in half and the graham crackers into 8 even square-like pieces.
  3. Put each graham cracker piece in the middle of 2 marshmallow halves.
  4. Take the container of chocolate chips out of the microwave and stir them with the knife until they turn into a thick liquid.
  5. Take the marshmallows with graham cracker pieces and roll them around in the chocolate until they become covered in chocolate.
  6. Put the uncooled s’mores on the cutting board and then in the freezer. (or fridge if you don’t have enough freezer space)
  7. Let them chill for at least  minutes and then take them out of the freezer so the don’t become rock hard and then do something with them
