Moist and Delicious Coconut Macaroons Recipe

This is a yummy coconut macaroons recipe and the kids can help you make them. It’s a great idea for Christmas party, birthday party, office party, or for anytime snack. You can double the recipe too.

MOIST and DELICIOUS Coconut Macaroons Recipe

 

Ingredients:

½ cup butter

¾ cup white sugar

3 eggs

200g. dessicated coconut

1 can condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla

50 pcs small paper baking cups

 

Procedure:

Preheat the oven at 300 degrees F.

Melt the butter.

Add the sugar, eggs, coconut, milk and vanilla.

Drop by spoonfuls into the paper cups.  (Tip: for faster filling, use a pastry bag and pipe the filling into the paper cups.)

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

 

Coconut macaroons are perfect for parties and they look very pretty when you use colored or decorated paper cups.  The coconut, condensed milk, butter and eggs combination give it a great taste and aroma.  Keep this desserts recipe for the next time you need it handy.  Make coconut macaroons for your family, friends or  even co-workers to enjoy.  It is a great idea for party and potluck too.  Both adults and kids love coconut macaroons!
