Rich Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Large ripe banana
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 3/4 Cup peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup water
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 Cup white flour
- 1/2 Cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts or peanuts
- 1/4 Cup miniature chocolate chips
Method
Preheat oven to 350, water degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, mash banana. With an electric mixer, beat in sugar, peanut butter, water and egg whitesuntill smooth. Add flours, baking soda and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by the quarter cup full onto a cookie tray. Bake 14-18 minutes untill golden brown on top and set to cool for a while before serving
