1) Dr Siegal’s Cookie Diet
In 1975, Dr Siegal made some research on and how it affects our desire to eat and hunger pangs. There are some food that will help to curb or stop your hunger. Thus, he developed a recipe in the form of a diet cookie for the purpose of curbing hunger, with the end result of losing weight.
Dr Siegal instructs his patients to eat 6 cookies per day (approximately 500 calories) in addition to a small dinner (300 calories) in the evening. His “cookie diet” was a big success! His diet cookies come in different flavors – Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate, Blueberry, Banana and Coconut. Since then, he has developed shakes and soups using the same hunger-controlling ingredients in his recipes.
2) Hollywood Cookie Diet
The Hollywood Cookie Diet comes in several flavors too including Chocolate Chip, Lemon, Oatmeal Raisin and Cranberry Orange.

Dorothy Palmer is the creator of the R&D Cookie Diet. She has more than 30 years of experience in Research and Development. R&D Diet Cookies are said to be tasty! So far, I see many flavours including Coconut, Cranberry, Apricot Orange, Peanut Butter, Gingerbread, Chocolate and Raisin Oatmeal.
