Yummy Chocklate Cookies
This is a versatile recipe for cookies that will melt on your tongue. You can either use nutella to double the chocolate taste or peanut butter to give the cookies a flavor of nuts.

Today we are going to make Chocklate Cookies. They are tasty, and is the perfect for your familly to go and eat off
Ingredients for 20 cookies;
125 grams butter (softened)
90 grams brown sugar
1 egg
125 grams nutella (or peanut butter)
2-3 tsp vanilla sugar
90 grams sugar
200 grams flour
30 grams cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
½ tsp. baking powder
150 grams white chocolate buttons
1st. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Whip butter, sugar and brown sugar together in a large bowl until mixture is a soft mass
2nd. Also use electric mixer to whip eggs, nutella (or peanut butter) and vanilla sugar together with the soft mass of sugar and butter. Whip until all ingredients are completely mixed
3rd. Sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt together in a bowl. Use a wooden spoon to get the mixture through the sieve if necessary.
4th. Get the strained mixtures of meals in the chocolate mixture and mix them gently with a wooden spoon. Mix aslo the chochlate buttons into the mix.
5th. Come peaked 6-7 dessert spoonfuls Cake pastry on each baking sheet, and let there be space between each one, so they can raise, while they are baked.
Chefs Advide: For best results, bake the plates with cakes one at a time on the middle shelf of the oven.
6th. Bake them for 14 min. Remove sheets from oven and let cookies rest for 2-3 minutes, after which they can come over on the baking stone
