Bet you can’t eat just one.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 cup baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 ¼ cups buttermilk

Method

Preheat over to 425 F. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together flour,

Baking powder, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Add in butter until

Mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk and mix until

Soft dough forms. Roll dough out approximately ¼ inch thick on a

Floured surface. Using a biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits and place on

A greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Makes 16 biscuits.
