Dessert Recipe: Creamy Capuccino Frozen Dessert
An easy to make, no bake dessert recipe.
Ingredients for this dessert recipe:
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup chocolate flavored syrup
- 1T instant coffee powder
- 1T hot water
- 1½ cups frozen whipped topping, thawed or whipped cream
- 6 oz. prepared chocolate crumb crust or graham crackers, crushed
- ¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
- Chocolate flavored syrup
Procedure for this dessert recipe. Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. If using an electric mixer, put it on medium speed for 2–3 minutes or until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup syrup and continue beating on low speed until well blended.
Dissolve the coffee powder in hot water in a small bow. Slowly stir into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping and spoon mixture into the crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Cover and freeze overnight.
Let dessert stand in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges. You may drizzle more syrup if desired.
