Ingredients

• 1 bag Oreos
• 2 small boxes of French vanilla pudding
• 4 c milk, 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1/2 c margarine
• 1 bowl Cool Whip

Method

Crush Oreos, line bottom of a 9 x 12 x 2 pan with 1/2 of the crushed Oreos.  In a large bowl make pudding; blend in the creame cheese, powdered sugar, margarine, and Cool Whip.  Put mixture on top of crushed cookies, and top it off with remaining crushed cookies.  Refrigerate.
