POWDERED SUGAR COOKIES

• 1 c. butter
• 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 2 c. flour
• Vanilla and almond flavoring

Cream butter and powdered sugar until very soft.  Add flour and flavoring.  Roll into balls and dip into sugar.  Flatten with fork and place a nut on top of each.  Bake in moderate oven only until done but not browned.
