Fruit Ice Lollipops for the Summer..

A continuation from my article about making Fruit Ice Cubes for the Summer, this is pretty much the same method as for making Fruit Ice Cubes.

8 Ice Lolly Ice Pop Moulds By Kitchen Craft – Picture Courtesy of www.amazon.co.uk

On the Amazon Website (U.K.), you can purchase eight Ice Lolly Ice Pop Moulds, complete with a sturdy stainless steel top tray, complete with a total of sixteen wooden lolly sticks and all items boxed, all for the price of £10.84p. I am sure lots of other Websites sell similar products of varying quality and / or price.

I have also researched for everyone and similar items can be purchased via www.amazon.com

It is simple, easy to do and all you need to do is decide which fruits to use, depending on the fruit, you could use a blender, removing any skin, pips, stalks or seeds by hand or by using a sieve after blending, or squeeze the fruit directly into a jug, depending on the type of fruit.

Various Fruit – Picture Courtesy Of fruiter.org

Imagine ice lollipops made from all different kind of fruits: mango, apples, bananas, strawberries, cherries, blackberries, kiwi fruit, gooseberries, red grapes and green grapes, melons, lemons, limes, tangerines, grapefruit, pears and oranges, (and any other fruit could also be used, entirely your own choice).

All you need to do is extract the juice from your fruit into your jug, then pour into your lollipop moulds, or pour directly from your blender if you used one, simple, easy and refreshing. You can mix fruits together to make mixed flavours. Mix and match and experiment to come up with different types of tastes and flavours.

Once you have poured your juice into your moulds, place your lids on and  insert your lollipop sticks, then place in your freezer, simple! Why not wash lollipop sticks as well, it saves on waste and you are recycling the product.

In the United States it is advertised on TV the exact same thing. But then stores around us get things that were once on TV so we wait for that and not have to pay postage. These sound good.

    Hi Steve,

Thank you, I really appreciate that, Cyprus has a drink that I would class as a National one, it’s a Brandy called Keo, and they also make a lager by the same name, Keo too.

    Best Wishes,
    Chris.

Chris, Beautiful fruits with beautiful colors and tastes which — thanks to your recipe — guarantee beautifully colored lollipops (and mouths!) throughout the summer.
Respectfully, and with many thanks for sharing, Derdriu
