Apple Cake Recipe
This is a nice recipe to use up those apples you may have in the pantry.

4-6 apples (by size)
Wash and peel apples and cut apples into wedges. Add apple wedges in the water with some lemon juice as you cut them up so they do not turn brown.
Beat well eggs and sugar before mixing in the dry. Add the cooled melted butter to end and stir into the cake mixture.Add half the apples in the bottom of a well-greased round pan and pour batter gently over. Add remaining apples on top and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons cinnamon 4 teaspoons sugar.
Bake in oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
