Apple Syrup

A delicious syrup with apples pieces.

hello everybody,i vanished a bit from here hehe,im feeling a bit lazy for posting hehe,but im back today with a nice recipe,its apple syrup,easy and nice to do! =)

ingredients:

700 g of apple
4 tea cups of sugar
4 tea cups of water
1 soup spoon of cinnamon

preparing:

-wash the apples in cold water
-take off the seeds withoutn remove its coat
-cut in slim strips(0,5 cm)
-to avoid that they get dark,put them in bottle with  a mix of water,vinager and salt
-in other bottle,mix the sugar and water
-put this bottle on fire for 5 minutes
-put the apples now inside and leave for 10 minutes
-put on fire again until u see its boiling and put the cinnamon
-reduce the fire and let it cooking for 30 minutes
-take off the bowl from fire and let the apple cool down with its syrup
-flow the syrup into a pan,put it on fire and let it boil
-put the apple stripes inside a glass bowl,sterilized and warm,leaving 1 cm of space between the candy surface and the top
-fill with the syrup,leaving 0,5 cm of space remaining
-mix to take off the air bubbles
-close the bowl and leave it in a pan with water for about 15 minutes
