Apple gives so many benefit for our health and beauty.

You must be have often heard the expression that eating an apple every day believed can make a person to be free from disease. Or in the English proverb “An apple a day keeps the doctor away ‘. But more than that, the apple turns out also has many benefits, especially for women.

People first started planting apples in central Asia. Apples now grown in many regions in the world which have lower temperature. Apple skin is usually red when ripe, but can also be green or yellow. The scientific name in Latin language for apple tree is Malus domestica. Apple cultivation is a descendant of Malus Sieversii from Central Asia, with some of the genomes of Malus Sylvestris (apple forest/wild apples).

Researcher  from the University of Iowa identify an important  component in apples’ skin, as well as a course study of gene activity related with the muscle to find substances that can interfere with the disease.

Ursolic acid is a substance that has been tested on rats and found that eating apples can give rise to 15% of muscle mass. Similarly, a study published in the journal Cell Metabolism, quoted from Genius Beauty of the benefits of apples.

As for the apple itself, it can lower blood sugar levels, levels of fatty acids and cholesterol. As the addition, the scientists said that apples were able to help diabetics because of their nature.

Prof. Bahram H. Arjmandi, as reported by Fox News, said that women who ate one apple every day for six months would reduce levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) in the body as much as 23 percent. In contrast levels of good cholesterol (HDL) in the body will increase by 4 percent.

The most fun for the ladies, the apple can make them lose their hunger because they contain 240 calories per fruit. But eating apples will not make their weight increases, so the curves is preserved.
