Applesauce

Preparing Applesauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Ginger powder
  • Pepper salt

Method

  1. First we peeled and sliced apples.
  2. Then we put them to cook all the ingredients together until we see that it has become a homogeneous puree.
  3. Stir until the apple crumble and add salt if necessary.
