Apricot Halwa

Indian sweet.

dry apricot – 1 1/2 cup.

cream 2 spoons.

sugar – 1 1/2 cup

dry fruits – 1/2 cup,

ghee – 3 spoons.

Soak dry apricot for 5,6 hours in water (or in hot water u can soak for one hour), and remove seeds and grind like a paste.

In a  kadai  ghee add dry fruits and fry.

In another kadai add apricot paste ,sugar ,water 1 cup and cook for 5 minutes,keep stirring continuously and fry this mixture till dry and add cream, fried dry fruits(with ghee),and serve hot or cold.
