Asparagus Stir-fry

Try this quick and easy, healthy stir-fry. Very tasty!

Asparagus Stir-fry

Ingredients:

4 asparagus cut in one inch pieces

¼ cup matchstick carrots

1 celery stalk cut in small slices

¼ cup fresh mushrooms chopped

½ cup bean sprouts

Garlic powder to taste

2 Tbsp. canola oil or olive oil

 

Directions:

In a wok or frying pan sauté asparagus, celery, mushrooms and carrots add spouts and sauté a little longer. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Put in a plate, sprinkle with Chow Mein noodles or walnuts for extra crunch and soy sauce. Enjoy!
