Asparagus Tofu Meat Ungkep

200 g tofu, drained, chopped
100 g of meat has beef / beef sukiyaki, thin slices
4 green asparagus spears, cleaned, cut into pieces
3 pieces of oyster mushroom / shitake, cleaned
Seasoning, mix well:
150 ml of water
75 ml Japanese soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds, crushed
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
Arrange the tofu and meat in a pan or skillet.
Pour the spice ingredients, cover the pan, cook over medium heat to boil.
Stirring and turning occasionally. Add asparagus and mushrooms.
Cook until sauce is reduced and the vegetables are tender.
Remove and serve warm.
