Way of making nugget of banana for a snack at home.
• 400 kg of fine banana
• 100 grams of finely shaved carrots
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• seasoning to taste
• 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
• ½ point onion (chopped finely, saute until soft)
• 30 grams of cornstarch
• 50 grams of flour
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 eggs egg whites (beaten)
• 200 g flour vanilla
• cooking oil to taste
A. Peel the bananas, take the flesh and finely minced. Weigh as much as 400 gr. Then roasted until slightly yellow. Mix the roasted banana, carrot, pepper, salt, garlic and onion. Stir until blended. Add cornstarch and egg yolks, stirring until smooth and blended.
2. Put the mixture into the mold box, and then steamed until cooked ± 30 minutes. Remove and let cool.
3. Cut dough into pieces the size of the elongated shape 2 x 5 x 2 cm, then dip into egg white and roll into flour vanilla until blended.
4. Fry until golden brown nuggets.
