Black Sesame Grilled Chicken

1 cm ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
250 ml of water
½ tsp black sesame
1 tsp sesame oil
6 slices of zucchini
topping:
black sesame
white sesame
1 tsp sesame oil
How to make
Puree garlic, onion, and ginger. Add salt and pepper. Blend well. Set aside.
Combine soy sauce, water, white sesame, and spices. Enter the chicken and zucchini slices. Boil until the water runs out. Lift.
Marinate the chicken with sesame oil and grilled with sliced zuchinni until slightly dry. Lift. Place in a serving dish.
Sprinkle with black sesame, white sesame and sesame oil. Serve.
