Butter Chicken

Cook.

1 chicken cut into small pieces (35 parts)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup UK

2 tablespoons Ang chiu (Chinese wine)

10 pieces of chives cut in 2 parts

7 tablespoons soy sauce

3 pieces of lime cut in 2 parts

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 onion chopped

4 cloves of garlic chopped

salt to taste

How to Make:

Marinate the chicken with a tablespoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon salt, one tablespoon of soy sauce english, let stand for 15 minutes.

Fry chicken until browned and set aside.

Saute garlic and onion in butter until fragrant.

Mix together, British sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce and angchiu.

Pour the sauce mixture into the sauteed onion, chive enter, chicken, lemon juice along with orange peel and lemon pepper.

Continue cooking until the spices soak into the chicken and serve.
