1 box manicotti shells
1 package lawry’s spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 pound hamburger (1/4 pound sausage, optional)
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 pounds jack cheese
1/2 cup parsley flakes
Fry hamburger till brown and crumbly. Prepare spaghetti sauce. Cook spinach. Mix hamburger, spinach and 1/4 cup parsley flakes and 1/2 of jack cheese. Partially cook manicotti and stuff with hamburger mixture. Place in baking dish or pan. Pour sauce over the top. Sprinkle rest of parsley and cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
